How we cover chips and infrastructure
This hub follows the hardware and infrastructure behind AI: GPUs and custom accelerators, the data centers that house them, the energy deals that power them and the cloud capacity companies rent out. Posts explain what a new chip or facility is, who builds it, what it is meant for and when it is expected to be ready. Specifications and performance numbers are attributed to the company that published them, and big investment figures to the announcement or the outlet that reported them. When a story touches energy use, local permits or supply chains, the post says what is confirmed and what is still planned.
